Wedding in Seattle's Pioneer Square

Congrats to Tesla and David, who got married yesterday!  Both literature and writing professors, the couple first met while they were students backpacking in Prague. Their wedding was held at The Kitchen, a charming event space and winery in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square.

Before the ceremony, the bride sneaks a look at what's happening downstairs in The Kitchen.

After the ceremony, we headed outside for some formal photos of close family and friends. The leafy arch provided a nice atmosphere in the southern section of Occidental Park.

Tesla said that she didn't want her ceremony to be "wedding-y," and she let her bridal party wear whatever they wanted. Yet, they look stunning and well-coordinated!

Time to eat! The Kitchen by Delicatus provided a beautiful and intimate setting for the post-wedding dinner party.
