Editing Process for Professional Portraits and Headshots

1. Culling:  If you're like me, you have friends or relatives who've taken awful photos of you and posted them somewhere on the web, and it made you cringe.  Delete immediately!  Un-tag!  During the culling process, I remove photos that aren't worth keeping.

2. Color and Exposure Correcting: Sometimes, there is poor lighting that can affect the overall colors of a photo.  Sometimes, this creates a neat artistic effect, but if the bad lighting results in a bad photo, I make corrections using Adobe Lightroom.

3. Touch-Ups: Maybe you're perfect looking, but personally, I'm going through an odd period in life where I'm fighting wrinkles and acne at the same time. If like me, you are self-conscious, I can make subtle edits to allow your natural beauty to shine.  Think of it as digital make-up.

Very good picture, but we can apply a little digital make-up for an even better look.
